Guidelines for the use of the We Grow Aces™ brand identity

Brand Ownership Statement

We Grow Aces™ is an original initiative founded at the University of Evansville to advance food access, hydroponic growing, community partnership, and sustainable local impact. The We Grow Aces name, logo, brand identity, written materials, photos, and program content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Founder & Authority

We Grow Aces™ was founded at the University of Evansville as part of the Center for Innovation & Change. All branding, operations, and official communications are authorized and managed through the University of Evansville's founding vision for this initiative.

The project represents a significant community investment in sustainable local food systems, nutrition access, and student-led innovation in Evansville, Indiana.

Protected Brand Assets

The following are protected under We Grow Aces™ brand ownership:

  • ✓The name "We Grow Aces" and all variations (WeGrowAces, We Grow Aces™, etc.)
  • ✓All logos, wordmarks, and visual brand identity
  • ✓Official website content and copywriting
  • ✓Photographs and video materials of the container farm, plants, and operations
  • ✓Program descriptions, educational materials, and mission statements
  • ✓Social media accounts and official communications
  • ✓Any derivative works or adaptations of the brand

Permitted Use

We Grow Aces™ brand may be referenced or linked to when:

Prohibited Use

The following uses of the We Grow Aces™ brand are strictly prohibited without written permission:
